This work-in-progress is a travel-themed calendar. I really wanted a calendar with a design style and color palette that suited my personality, so I thought why not make it myself!

As someone who loves traveling and has lived abroad, I decided to theme every month’s illustration around a city or country that I love, that has special meaning for me, that is best to visit during that season, or that reminds me of someone whose birthday is in that month. For example, for my birth month (September), I did an illustration of Sacré-Cœur in Paris in honor of my time living there, and for April, my brother’s birth month, I did the cherry blossoms for Tokyo, where he lives.
